The Bocuse d'Or Africa competition is one of the most prestigious cooking competitions in the world. And the winners for the 2022 competition have just been announced! Mauritius, Morocco, and Tunisia will be representin Africa at the 2022 Bocuse d'Or competition in Lyon, France.

The African continent has always been well-represented at the Bocuse d'Or, with Morocco, Ghana, Senegal, Tunisia, Burkina Faso and Egypt representing in 2022. In the end, it was Mauritius who emerged victorious, with their team of President- NIZAM PEEROO, Candidate- KRITESH HALKORY, Commis- BRADY NG FUK CHONG and Coach- MICHAEL SCIOLI.

Morocco took home the silver medal, while Tunisia won the bronze.

This is a huge win for Mauritius, as they will now have the opportunity to represent Africa at the 2022 Bocuse d'Or in Lyon, France. We would like to congratulate all of the teams who competed and we can't wait to see what they'll do next!
