Do you have what it takes to become the next S. Pellegrino Young Chef? Applications for the competition are now open, and young chefs under 30 years of age have the chance to register until 30 June 2022. This is your opportunity to show the world your unique creativity and vision through your signature dish. ALMA, the International School of Italian Culinary Arts, will assess initial applications and draw up a shortlist of competitors ahead of the regional finals. So don't miss out - apply now!
Young chefs under 30 years of age have now the chance to register for the competition until 30 June 2022, and share the signature dish that expresses their unique creativity and vision with the world.
Initial applications, as ever, will be assessed by ALMA, the International School of Italian Culinary Arts, which will draw up the shortlist of competitors ahead of the regional finals.
As part of your application, you will need to submit a description of your signature dish. This should include the name of the dish, as well as a list of ingredients and instructions on how to prepare it. Remember, your signature dish should reflect your unique creativity and vision - so make it something special!
How to Apply
If you're interested in applying for the S. Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2022-23, simply visit The san Pellegrino young chefs home page and fill out the online application form. You'll need to include your personal details, as well as a description of your signature dish. Once your application has been submitted, you will be contacted by ALMA to confirm whether or not you have been shortlisted for the competition.

Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award
The Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award is given to the young chef who has created a signature dish that reflects their personal belief.
