The South West Chef of the Year competition has been running for 19 years and it’s not hard to see why - with five entry categories available, there is something for everyone! This year the competition is able return thanks in part due COVID-19 pandemic cancelling two previously scheduled editions.
How to Apply
If you're interested in applying for the The South West Chef of the Year Competition 2022, simply visit The South West Chef of the Year and fill out the online application form.
The five awards are
Anyy age, working as a sous chef/pastry chef or above
Young Professional Chef
Aged 19-24- working in any role in the kitchen up to and including junior sous chef
Aged 16-19 and at college or in an apprenticeship
Aged 16+ and never having worked or trained in the catering industry
Aged 11-16 and still at school (applications closed for Junior Chef)
