After much anticipation, the BOCUSE D’OR AMERICAS jurys have finally been selected!
This year’s competition is sure to be fierce, with some of the best chefs from North and South America competing for the title of Best Chef. The jurys will be made up of some of the most respected culinary experts in the world, so the competition is sure to be close. Tasting jury
The Tasting jury is made up of professional chefs who were appointed by each team to judge the Plated Test and platter, respectively. During approximately 2 hours they must continual renew their perspective with each dish as it's assessed on criteria including taste respect for products presentation originality; if any chef has done something extraordinary in this round then he/she will be rewarded!

Kitchen jury
The Kitchenjury is a panel of experts who assess the technical aspects as well as respect for contest rules and themes. They review each chef's work, encouraging them to adopt an exemplary behavior both in terms organizationally but also with what products are available during cooking process - which can be crucial given last minute unforeseen factors that come into play at times like these!
